Moving Minecraft Off playit.gg: Two Game Lanes on the Owned Tunnel and TCP and UDP Routes on the Home Gateway
Overview
Minecraft makes the last game migration, and it runs the Factorio pattern twice in parallel: one lane for Java over TCP and one for Bedrock over UDP on the owned tunnel, with the household's names answered by the home Gateway through a TCPRoute and a UDPRoute instead of ingress-nginx maps. The MetalLB addresses retire with the playit sidecar. Two more faces of the post-DNAT trap surface on the way. The tunnel lanes have to select the server pod, and Longhorn's control plane needs the pod network before any volume mounts again under enforcement.
